For the Joe Public project, The Solution Group executed a comprehensive renovation, starting with a controlled strip-out and culminating in high-quality joinery and storefront installation. • Demo / Strip-Out
  The project began with careful dismantling of existing interiors—services, fixtures, and partitions—ensuring a clean slate for the fit-out while managing waste and safety effectively.

• Drywalling
  New partitioning using drywall transformed the layout to suit Joe Public’s spatial needs, offering clean lines, efficient acoustic separation, and adaptability for future changes.

• Plumbing & Electrical
  We installed comprehensive plumbing systems and electrical infrastructure—including power outlets, lighting circuits, and data points—ensuring full service coverage with compliance to code and project specifications.

• Ceilings
  Suspended ceiling systems were professionally installed to conceal services and integrate lighting, while enhancing acoustics and refined office ambiance.

• Tiling & Carpets
  High-quality ceramic tiles were laid in high-traffic and utility areas for durability and ease of cleaning. Plush carpets were fitted in office zones for comfort, warmth, and sound dampening.
