Detailed Brief
We take a detailed brief, listen to the aspirations of each client, and prepare concept drawings and 3D visuals, which help to envision the project before anything is built on site.
Cost Estimate
We can then prepare a budgetary cost estimate, which will further enable the realisation of the dream, to ensure that budgetary requirements are adhered to rather than designing something which then works out to be way over the prescribed budget at costing stage.
Detailed Costing
We have an in house Quantity Surveyor, who will assist with the Order of Magnitude Estimate at design stage, and then once this has been signed off, will prepare a detailed costing for construction purposes.
