We were referred to The Solution Group in 2020 when we were looking to move our Head Office into a new facility in Umhlanga.
TSG undertook our space planning and design, presented a quotation and completed the fit out for us to accommodate our head office team and staff within time and on budget, offering us a full “turn key” solution.
In 2021, we embarked upon a campus expansion into new facilities in Bryanston, Cape Town and Umhlanga, and we asked The Solution Group if they were prepared to assist us with all 3 locations simultaneously.
Jayson and his team were very keen for the opportunity to work with us again, and again implemented a “turn key” solution for us, from the space planning and design, budget preparation and implementation on site of the construction and fit out, which involved some demolition as well as new building work to create the spaces we needed for our students and staff.
Existing facilities were assessed, and much of the original infrastructure was utilised where appropriate, to make the process as cost effective for us as possible.
Working with The Solution Group made our lives very easy, as once the layout and costing was finalised and approved, the work happened with minimal input and hassle to myself and our management team, apart from occasional site visits to view their quick progress.
All 3 campuses were started and completed within a tight time frame, which straddled the Christmas shut down, however, we were able to open in January of 2022 with all 3 sites ready for our new student intake.
Their back up service after the projects were completed is exemplary, and any minor issues which arose were dealt with efficiently.
Later in 2022, we embarked upon a further 4 new campus fit outs – and again, the full service was offered and completed ready for our new academic year at the beginning of 2023. This last round of campuses encompassed a total of around 15 000m2 of space in 4 cities.
The Solution Group has a network of competent sub contractors and suppliers, as well as in house staff, who met and exceeded our needs and expectations on each project. Our Corporate Identity has been applied into each site, and our specific needs carefully assessed and incorporated into each building.
